1. Sponsor
The Holiday Room Refresh Giveaway is sponsored by Rivera Construction, serving select areas in New York and North Carolina.
2. Giveaway Structure
This promotion consists of two separate giveaways, one for New York and one for North Carolina.
Each state will have its own winner(s) and drawing.
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be 18 or older
Be a homeowner of the property to be painted
Live within the listed service coverage areas
Submit a fully completed entry form
Provide accurate contact information
Be reachable within 48 hours of winning notification
Agree to before & after photos for marketing purposes
Be able to schedule work within 60 days of winning
Provide clear & safe access to the room being painted
Remove small items & personal belongings before work begins
Understand that large items may be covered/painted around if not movable
Agree that any work beyond prize scope is billable at normal rates
Employees of Rivera Construction and their immediate families are not eligible.

New York Coverage Area (Eligible Towns/Municipalities)
Dutchess County (lower region):
Wappingers Falls, Fishkill, Beacon, Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, Poughquag, LaGrange, Pleasant Valley, Hyde Park
Putnam County (entire county):
Carmel, Kent, Patterson, Brewster, Putnam Valley, Mahopac, Mahopac Falls, Lake Peekskill, Cold Spring, Garrison
Westchester County (mid–upper region only):
Mount Kisco, Bedford, Bedford Hills, Katonah, Somers, Yorktown, Yorktown Heights, Peekskill, Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Thornwood, Hawthorne, Pleasantville, Armonk, North Castle, Croton-on-Hudson, Cortlandt Manor, Pound Ridge, Chappaqua, Millwood, Valhalla
North Carolina Coverage Area
Entire Wake County & Entire Durham County + up to 20 miles from Raleigh city center
Including but not limited to:
Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill (within range), Clayton (within range), Youngsville (within range)
5. How to Enter
Entry is 100% free. No purchase required.
Participants must enter using the official online entry form.
Referrals must be entered at the time of form submission.
Referrers added later will not qualify.
Optional bonus entries may be offered for sharing the post, tagging, engaging etc., but these actions are not required for eligibility.
6. Entry Window & Drawing
Giveaway runs Monday Dec 8 – Monday Dec 22 at 12:00 PM
Winners will be drawn Dec 22 at 12:30 PM
Winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be drawn
7. Grand Prize
One (1) main winner per state.
Winner receives:
One interior room up to 12ft x 13ft
Max 8ft ceiling height
Walls & ceiling only (no trim, doors, windows)
Two coats premium paint on walls
One coat flat ceiling paint
Light sanding + spot patching of nail holes only
Paint included:
Sherwin Williams Cashmere – walls
Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Flat White – ceiling
Total max surface coverage: approx. 416 sq ft
Room must be drywall only.
No plaster, shiplap, stone, paneling, wood wall surfaces, or specialty textures.
Prize is transferable only if recipient meets all eligibility rules.
8. Referral Reward
If the main winner named a referrer in their entry form at submission,
that referrer will also win one (1) free room painting of the same scope.
Only applies if referred entrant is the main winner
No reward for general referrals unless the referred person wins
Maximum total rooms rewarded per state giveaway = 2 rooms
(winner + qualifying referrer)
9. Alternate Option
Main winner may choose instead of the room painting to receive:
A $500 interior painting project credit
Valid for 1 year
Transferable if the new holder meets eligibility
10. Secondary Prize Winners
15 secondary winners per state will receive:
$250 off any interior paint project
Free color consultation
Free room visualization mockup
Must schedule/use discount within 30 days
Discount transferable under same rules
11. General Conditions
Prize is not redeemable for cash
Rivera Construction may reschedule due to weather/emergencies
Work beyond stated scope is available at normal rates
Excess damage, repairs, smoke/pet damage, wallpaper removal, popcorn ceiling, etc. are not included
12. Liability & Agreement
By entering, participants agree Rivera Construction is not responsible for:
Technical issues, submission errors, or delays
Damage, loss, or entry failure related to participation
Any indirect claims tied to prize use or fulfillment
Entry constitutes full acceptance of all rules & terms.
13. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely by Rivera Construction for contact, verification, scheduling & marketing.
No information will be sold to third parties.
